Wing Hut
Just last night I noticed that Wing Street, Pizza Hut’s attempt at a buffalo wing store, has spread throughout Lincoln. I’m a big wing fan so I’m intrigued by the possibilities here. Have any of you tried their wings yet? I’m not personally looking for gourmet; just something to satisfy the craving when the wing mood strikes.

We ordered some at work last week. They’re edible and that’s about all. Not bad, not good. Just wings.

Here’s a novel idea. Maybe Pizza Hut should go back to just making good pizza and not mess with the other stuff.

I managed a Papa Johns for a bit and back when they came to Lincoln they had a very simple goal: Better pizza, better ingredients and keep it simple. They offered 3 food products. Pizza, bread sticks, and cheese sticks. Now they have 4 kinds of crust, wings, and all sorts of other crap. Really lame.

What a stupid web site. I clicked on “Locations” to see where they might be located, and you are required to enter a street address and zip code!
If I knew the address, I wouldn’t be looking!

They want your address, not the store’s address. Though you’re right, the user experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Oh. Nevermind.
Well they can have my address for free wings. I really don’t need more junk mail.

They want the address AND the zip code to locate a store?

Where are they located at in Lincoln? Are they separate stores?
Side question/poll - who does everyone think has the best wings in town?
Personally, I think the Watering Hole has the best, with the smokehouse deli/n-zone at a closely tied second.

It looks like they’re co-located with many of the Pizza Huts around town.
