Where in Lincoln is this?
It was indeed that crazy, Meatloaf-inspired, motorcycle-windmill structure outside the TMCO office on the corner of 6th and J, a few blocks south of the Haymarket. Kudos to The BeerorKid Dude for the additional info.

TMCO? It’s closer to Sixth and G I think, but BeerorKid would know for sure.

The sculpture is called “Unknown Legend” and was built by Metal & Art a division of TMCO.
It is darn cool when the wind really picks up.
