Where in Lincoln is this?

You’re a good man Moses, but I have to give this one to JT. It was indeed the bomb shelter at Irvingdale Park, at Van Dorn and 18th st, with the Domino’s Pizza and One More Time clothing store in the background (I converted the photo to black and white because the Domino’s logo would have been a dead giveaway). Good going JT!
This means that if JT is the first to correctly guess next week’s photo, we will get him a pogocard.

I already used the photoshop blur tool on the park sign, and the other signs in the background.

I wonder how much it would cost to demolish the bomb shelter? It takes up so much land.

I was just so excited that I actually knew where it was. Are there more bomb shelters in the city? What is the story behind this one?
For those of you who aren’t old enough to remember the 50’s and early 60’s were a time of great paranoia about The Soviet Union bombing us. Civil Defense shelters were created in many places. In my hometown we used to take field trips to all of the shelters so we knew where to go in case of attack.
